Amazing Hotel. Super clean, polite staff, exclusive location, excellent cuisine, amazing kids entertainment, cool facilities (spa, kids’ pool, miniclub, rooms). I have to thank in particular mr Steven, ms Giulia, mr Matteo at the kids’ miniclub for the amazing entertainment. Mr Michele at the restaurant for the outstanding service. Thanks to all the staff for the unforgettable experience. The Hotel is nearly located to the ski facilities, in the center of Andalo at 1300 meters above the sea level. The SPA is really nice with an outdoor pool. The kids’ pool is really cute and suitable for any young age. Me and my family had a fantastic week. 5 out of 5.

5 stars? There are few... friendliness, the accuracy of the structure, the cleanliness, the services: spa? super with heated outdoor infinity pool on the first floor plus sauna, Turkish bath, treatments and much more, baby club? Super with Giulia and the entertainment guys who prepare games and activities for the whole day, super splash? Indoor swimming pools with slides for children, and for those who don't ski? Steven who entertains and organizes outings and excursions for everyone, adults and children, the food? A delight for the palate from the buffet to the dessert and the kindness and smile of Irina, all located in the center of Andalo with shuttles that run every half hour to the lifts.

Magnificent experience!! Nice and very clean hotel, in the central area of Andalo. The staff were very good and professional, with particular attention to our children!! The entertainment guys were all fantastic, special thanks to Alcide and his brother for making us feel at home. We will definitely be back

We stayed with my family in this splendid hotel, excellent for cleanliness, comfort, friendly and helpful staff, maximum attention to detail, a stone's throw from the facilities and the centre. Great food, superb spa, spacious and clean rooms. Congratulations to the owner and all the staff.

A hotel that takes care of every aspect of your holiday with extreme care, making its guests feel pampered. Children will find a dream environment with entertainment, a playground outside, a playground inside and even an indoor water park with slides, a wellness center for adults and a heated infinity pool with a view of the Dolomites. The exceptional level restaurant with a wide choice for each meal added to the buffet which in addition to vegetables adds something special every day, Pizza tastings, selection of Trentino cheeses... We had a great time Thank you very much to all the staff for making us experience a wonderful holiday.

It is the third year that I have come to this facility with both the apartment and hotel solutions. Located in the center of the town and close to all services, it is a solution that has never disappointed my expectations. Excellent food, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, children's space in non-crowded periods absolutely livable and well organised. Entertainment available for the little ones practically all day, Spa small but just what you need to enjoy a few moments of total relaxation.

Excellent structure, very friendly staff, spa with outdoor infinity pool on the first floor with breathtaking views! Animation team, external activities and miniclub with Steven and Giulia and other highly trained and attentive kids to the guests' needs! I'll be back!
